Het is een zachte vorm van bewegen die je energie geeft, stress vermindert en je hart opent. Dru Yoga stelt je in staat om je vanuit je hart te verbinden met jezelf en met de wereld om je heen. Dru Yoga helpt om je lichaam en geest in balans te brengen.<\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2>Voor wie?<\/h2>\n<p>Dru Yoga is geschikt voor jong en oud, met of zonder yoga-ervaring. Lichamelijke beperkingen hoeven geen belemmering te zijn om mee te doen en een goede conditie is niet nodig. Wel raad ik je aan om goed naar de grenzen van je eigen lichaam te luisteren.<\/p>\n<p>Ik geef les aan groepen van maximaal 9 cursisten.
